The improved communication with ourselves is with the unconscious mind, which stores our negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and baggage. This baggage holds us back from healing when it comes to physical health. It is also at the unconscious level that all learning, behavior, and change occur. With better communication with our unconscious mind, we can eliminate what's blocking us from finding healing. This allows us to make the necessary changes to reach our health goals and live the life we are meant to live.
